Melting & refining
Raw material is melted in our in-house induction furnaces and refined to the exact chemical composition.
Continuous casting
Molten metal is cast at a precise, continuous rate for better yield and quality.
Rolling mill
Billets are rolled with an internationally accepted roll pass design for higher strength and elongation.
Quench & self-temper
Each bar gets a hard outer surface and a soft, ductile core.
Our own 6 MW power plant
The plant draws its power from our own gas-based power plant, run from a dedicated control room.
